KAADO  is a stratigic card game where your goal is to kill the enemy's cards before he kills yours.

A card's "Death Wish" gets applied upon that card's death. Death Wish applies only to cards in your deck.

Theme Interpretation:
The theme was "Feedback Loops", and KAADO's implementation of this theme is reflected in the game's main mechanic: Death Wish. The player is rewarded for sacrificing their cards by improving the stats of the remaining deck cards. This creates what I’d call an anti-negative game loop, where the player is sometimes punished for going all-in and using their strengths, but rewarded when they sacrifice their resources.

KAADO was made in Israel for the GJL Spring Game Jam.

Controls -

Looks pretty decent, and im aware just how hard it is to get a hand of cards to look good programatically.

I cant really comment on the game itself though, because the enemy AI bugged out on turn 2 of the tutorial match. The game softlocked.

Card UI is good and well tutorialised.

Thanks, sorry you couldn't play it. I was aware of the bugs, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to fix them.
